A Day to Remember (17/01/08)

To our beloved Ms. Ooi,
Although you had only taught me for a year,
yet i still remember the days when i was still your student.
You'd not only guided us, but reminded us again and again who we were,
and always had been that helpful and kind to everyone.

I still remember when Sfi were in unplugged band competition,
Together with Ms. Liew, you had always been supportive,
Bringing up new ideas, suggesting the dresscodes,
and even provided us the transportation to the competition.

Not only that, like what Tsu Chong had posted in his blog,
You had helped out a lot during the choir practices....
I got pretty fed up playing again and again actually with that song, "You raised me up"
But as you came into the classroom much much later when we were already exhausted and damn fed up,
You said, "wow, I didn't know we had so many talented singers in SFI, so many altos and tenors....Great!"(all of them were smiling away)
With that, they had the enthusiasm to continue with their singing,
What more could we asked for besides than these?
That's the little strength we need to boost our confidence...the feedback...your comment...
What more when you stayed back with us for not only that few hours, but a few days just to get the rehearsal right...
T.T

Aihhh~~I just don't know how to continue with this...
but what I know is that, you had always been a wonderful and dedicated teacher...
Perhaps han siu is right too, you're just too wonderful Ms. Ooi,
The God definitely needs you more than us...

Your advice and teaching will always remain in our heart...
Your dedication will always remain in our memory...
